We know it can be hard sometimes to get it right when you're shopping. So we offer an easy return process.
We're happy to exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase for any full priced items, based on some assumptions we've listed below.
Sale/clearance items, hats, jewelry & socks are FINAL sale.

Once your return is received we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 8 business days.

WARRANTY
We warrant all footwear to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 6 months. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper fit for your foot, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and material through time, exposure or extensive use.
If you have manufacturers' defect and it's within 6 months from original date of purchase, please email a photo and description of the defect to loveshoes@summitfootwear.ca and we will assess the defect. Once authorized, we will replace your item. If a replacement is not available, you will receive a store credit. We can not accept any items without the original sales receipt.
